Responsibilities Include:

– Responsible for ordering material, coordinating labor, review of shop drawings and general overall supervision of various projects assigned.
– Must be able to work directly with architects, general contractors and estimators as well as production and field personnel.

Responsibilities Include:

– Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to prepare bid packages outlining time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
– Evaluate, understand, and compare material quotes from multiple manufacturers.
– Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, general contractors, and coworkers to complete proposals.
– Prepare, coordinate, and track RFIs and addendums.
