– Responsible for ordering material, coordinating labor, review of shop drawings and general overall supervision of various projects assigned.
– Must be able to work directly with architects, general contractors and estimators as well as production and field personnel.

– Ability to prepare billing information including schedule of values and job costing for monthly requisitions
– Coordinate Team resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Responsibilities Include:
– Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to prepare bid packages outlining time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
– Evaluate, understand, and compare material quotes from multiple manufacturers.
– Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, general contractors, and coworkers to complete proposals.
– Prepare, coordinate, and track RFIs and addendums.
– Attend weekly internal meetings.
– Consistently follow up on submitted bids and budgets with Architect and/or Construction Manager to close business.
– Maintain and continuing education on product knowledge of current and prospective vendors and/or manufacturers.
– Develop and maintain relationships with local general contractors and end-users.
– Assist in preparation of bid form and other project specific bid solicitation information as required.
– Assist in quantity take-offs and pricing effort for pre-construction estimates.
– Track data from vendors for both contact and cost information.
